Today in the news:
Listen to the music and you'll get washed away. And drown, unfortunately.

What is this? RMN are attacking you from behind walls with shot guns?? You may remember Tintut evolved from a Tutti Fruity advert college project. Here is Copz' advertisement.

°:•:° °:•.
You may have noticed that on the left side of the Crumb there are two new sections, Crumb Radio and Crumb Past. Past explores some of those more memorable posts. Dont forget to explore the labels.

As Christmas gets closer let us wonder over some of the year so far.

oh

well it looks like this year has not had any highlights
apart from the big one WATERLOLLIES WAS RELEASED
All the rest was black and white videos of our manager acting a fool, which you can check out in the 'videolog' section.
It seems

Well done 2007.

Today in the news we will be interviewing
°:•:° °:•.
Also in the news a fisherman was arrested today for knifing a man on the street. Which street you ask so you can go there and act out what happened? You people are insane, maybe ill just give you his address so you can go and burn his house down huh?
It's 31 Garmond Ave SL. I'm supplying pitchforks and matches but you have to bring your own snacks along with you.
Although the fisherman is in jail at the moment in a few years he'll find a surprise when his house is a pile of ash.

Today on
Crumb RadioMr Bindy continues his comeback releasing 3 new singles. Unfortunately NONE of them got to number one.
The Titles are:
1. Tucked in too
2. Art and Oranges
3. You're my Realm

I guess people are literally getting tired of Bindys tunes. It's a shame when hes a literal genius. We contacted Dreamworks today.
° °:•
"Hey we're only paying for one album. If this 'one' sells well then we'll consider letting him produce another."
Crumb: "But don't you think im releasing every song of the new album is a bit stupid, no one will buy the album if they've heard all of the songs."
"They might, they might not. Its his choice, not ours. Just have to see what outcome is."
- Dreamworks

°:•:° °:•.
Lyrics
1. Tucked in too
No one needs you, you are a lost cause. you are a lost cause
You're tucked away like something else. All out of sight
You're tucked away unlike anyone else. Blocked from the light

2. Oranges
Oranges! They are annoying, why i like the colour ill never know
but oranges i just cant work properly. They are always like EXPLODE here
and EXPLODE there. Exploding out of the window and into the front window
of the car behind causing quite a crash. Not too good.
Orange, are hell. i think ive given evidence of that.
Cheers
(Oranges Oranges Oranges)
What is that, thats not even singing?
Some people call it Art
what?
(cough)

3. You're my Realm
You have never left my side, besides when jobs go
and im outside.
But otherwise that, you glare but scratch
You sparkle and stream unlike the original set
You're always there, as a piece of art
While the drunken swines just play darts

You're my Realm
You're my Film
You're my Realm
You are my Film

While the drunked swines just play darts
Most computers run, compatible with the future
Then in the side of the room, a rectanglar scar
You're my Realm, you're my VCR
Action, Comedy, Romance, Musicial.
All on my DVD
Whether its animated or live action
You're always there for me.

Tennant Angry

Catherine Tate- Drunk before appearing on Jonathan Ross
It is reported that Catherine Tate was drunk when she appeared on Jonathan Ross speaking out of turn.
Now everyone hates her, especially David.

DT:
"Catherine Tate stitched me up good and proper," said Tennant. "She goes on Jonathan Ross and makes up a load of old nonsense. Unbeknownst to me, she thinks I've made a decision - she'd clearly had too much coffee that morning. She said I was leaving, which was a decision I haven't made yet, maybe she's made it for me"

"I started getting all these phone calls on Saturday lunchtime saying apparently you're leaving Doctor Who. Catherine Tate's just announced it on Radio 2 - thanks Catherine! I said to her on Monday morning did you know you've caused a minor diplomatic incident? She was completely oblivious that the phone had been ringing off the hook."

I think thats easy to believe.
Catherine, Well Done.
He's that clip released a while ago from the new series. I say bring back Sally Sparrow.

Crumb Radio 17/12/2000

Today in the news BIG NEWS.
The official broadcaster of "Spit and Farts" The new BBC comedy died in a fatal accident involving a truck and a very tall building. Someone was being clumsy and dropped their truck out the window. The truck crushed the man.
What am i saying? The official broadcaster is the BBC. So the BBC is dead. The award winning TV series Spit and Farts is moving to ITV1 in a shorter segment in between Emmerdale and Coronation Street. "We've done this to trick people into watching more soap operas. People will want to watch their old BBC show and may get their too early catching the end of Emmerdale, and if the TV is left on they may find themselves watching Corrie. In the end they will get attached to the characters and watch them everyday. Then we can take Spit and Farts off the air forever. Thats our plan anyway, please do not quote me."
- Mick Falcon (Co- Op of ITV)
Mike went to the BBC's funeral.
"Dont get me wrong, he was a nice guy in person. But when he died so many people lost their jobs and then came and annoyed me for new jobs. No one could forgive him for that." Mick then spat and farted on the grave.

Jennifer Coles, The producer of Spit and Farts (Lost her job after the death spoke) "A little bit heartless yes. Go and leave us like that to clean up the mess, DO YOU KNOW HOW BIG THE BBC WAS? Thats alot of lies crushed under one truck. How many people we had to explain nicely that their jobs had been shot at. You should have seen Noel Fielding, he's in jail now for choking an editor."

"I'm making a new film titled, "All about Ben B Cornershop Charles (The original BBC founder). It goes through his life of being a young match box salesmen. How he scammed people with empty boxes and then set their houses on fire with the matches. And then tried to steal their money but got burnt in the process. He sure should have thought that one through better."
Gina Writer (An Author)
"Its going to be in black and white and going to be shown on BBC tw.... oh... i guess ill have to start calling up other broadcasters ay."
Gina laughed
"I did not, why did you write that?"
Gina stabbed a pencil into her eye.
"Good idea."
Gina was later sent to hospital. People are saying the Daily Crumb stabbed her, we are going to trial in a weeks time. What a shame.
We wont be attending.
Because its Christmas then.

I hope we've updated you enough with the news today.
Now onto MUSIC:
Mr Bindy was a huge star in the early 90's and continued to rock until he was fired from Munchmedia (Former title of the Daily Crumb) We were under old management and we regret this. But recently Mr Bindy was bought by Dreamworks to produce film soundtracks and on going records until his ears fall off. Here is a interview and some clips from his old tunes from 2000 on The Daily Crumb Radio.

The Sims 2: The final expansion

Today big news was released on Gamespot. The final expansion to the Sims 2 PC series continuing its long run from University, Business, the rest and Free Time.

Jeff Kingson reported.
"This final sequel will include everything our 'gamers' have been looking for in the game (Like filling in the gaps). We have had our employee's look around fan sites, forums and blogs. We wanted to make this final one special. One to end the Sims 2 sales so we can work on bigger and better projects like The Sims 3. The 'working' title of the game is. The Sims 2: Living an' Breathing. The original title was The Sims 2: Walking. Now from the beginning of the new generation your Sims have been able to walk, run and skip to different places. But it was highly asked for that your characters could 'jog' and 'hop'. So we decided to make a whole expansion around it. With hundreds of new features on a one disc pack The Sims 2: Living an' Breathing is what our gamers have been asking for for years.

Feature Pack (What the game includes):
Now your Sims can do what you've all dreamed of. Hop and Jog. Now listen to this, we've had 'Residential Lots' and 'Community Lots' but this final expansion brings you a new scene, 'Walking Lots'.

Walking Lots include a whole 'Walking' Dojo to perform your hopping, skipping and jogging to other Sims. If they enjoy the entertainment they will place a small amount of Simoleons into your tip jar.
The Walking Lots also include a new set of shoes you can choose (Another "must have object" said the forum goers.)
If your walking causes too much chaos with the NPC locals you may get a call from the police so watch out.

The pack dosent just include these exciting features but two more! We've brought back 'Footsie' in connection with our main theme. And a new object for toddlers when learning to walk. It's a 'How to walk" Novel, once the toddler learns the skill of 'reading' they will be able to walk in no time. This makes it easier both for the family and gamer.

When writing down ideas for the game and researching the fans comments we found out that the gamers want 'More control' over their characters.
So for this final expansion we disabled the blinking and breathing animations so make sure you can give your Sims a regular blink or breath of fresh air or their eyes may water or they will die.
With this amazing control you can now move your Sims arms and legs into wacky places. For example, with our new technology if you hold your mouse over an arm it comes off and starts spinning in circles over their heads. Another feature is when walking sometimes, if you're lucky their bodies will float into the ground and you'll lose that Sim forever unless you quit without saving.

The Sims 2 Living an' Breathing with be literally "A breath of fresh air."
Ive basically gone through most of the features and i bet ive left you wanting even more.
Well lucky you, you may have seen the screen-shots and i hope they've excited you.
In between LaB and The Sims 3 we will be releasing The Sims 2 Living an' Breathing expansion pack. At $34.95 this mini pack includes three amazing new chair designs and a new set of shoes to add to your Walking sensation.
I hope you enjoyed the presentation and are gasping for more."

Uncyclopedia

Today in the news the man that was crushed by the bus actually woke up whilst being cremated.
This ended in a mess.
Also in the news someone has written us up an Uncyclopedia Page
Check it out here
http://uncyclopedia.org/wiki/The_Daily_Crumb

Odd quotes from the page:
"Nathan Viney was not found and the violence and mayhem eventually died down. Since then the police have been agitated as The Daily Crumb continues to update readers with 'fake' news."

This is because we are located in a secret place.
Add THIS to your little Uncyclopedia page.
Daniel Kerr did not die of frost bite, oh no. Sammy bit his arm off because he was going to release our where abouts online.
He's dead now because of you people! And he loved writing for us too, so in honor of him we shall continue to write amazing articles for all to read.

"The Daily Crumb once owned its own Radio Station playing illegally downloaded and broadcasted music 24/7. Unfortunately it was also closed down due to the 'fake' news riots. Callers used to ring in and ask for advice, and comment on the days sport. They also rather liked eating on air just to make people jealous, they commented that they'd lost a lot of listeners on those sessions."

This is true.
We've gathered up some old recordings we plan to release very soon.

- The Daily Crumb
Edit: It does look as if something has happened to all of the information on the page.

So war is what you want.

Today in the news a man found himself stuck inside a lift. Goliath, a strong bus driver had to drive the bus into the door. The man was killed but the lift was opened. The bus at this time is being cleaned up. The owner of the hotel this happened in said to the Daily Crumb.
"I'm so glad this tragedy is over. The lift doors are going to be replaced in the future."

PROJECT INSANITY
The D A I L Y C R U M B WAR

You may recall yesterday we found out Project Insanity, ex sister site tricked us. We located their where abouts and sent a heap of Tintut families to their main officers.
The Tintut's.. have unfortunately been captured and locked behind bars.
Here is a short recording we got on mobile contact.

It cut out after that, probably a horrible fate.
With that everyone in the office including Ugly Frown took a moment of silence. Then we got a text message saying "I lost the signal, sorry."
Here is the letter Project Insanity wrote

(How immature)
"We have captured your Tintuts! Do what i say and i will release them to you.

I want you to put the adverts back on your blog and i want you to write on your blog that Project Insanity is the best blog ever!!

If you dont cooperate then your Tintuts will be MARMITE!

Happy days,
Project Insanity"

--------------------
So....
What to do, well I'll tell you.

We deny what you say! What ever you do to those Tintut's will just come back to you, they will eventually escape.
What goes up, must come down, what goes around. Must... thats right. Also come down.
You'll get whats coming.
Those Tintut's aren't just little people.
They're monsters.
We will not put the adverts up. By the way, Sammy says hi to someone called Hugo that he says works at your studio.
Fare well Project THICK! ahah we got you totally there.
You can spam *cough* FIND Project Insanity here

Project Insanity? and Comedy Award

Project Insanity? more like ... Donut in..symphony
The comedy award this week goes to this man

Bryan Seymour, works for Today Tonight.
The award was given for his amazing performance with the Chaser.
He spoofed their 'countdown' on words "Lawyer" and at the same time couldn't help himself saying "Trespass" so many times.
Watch the video that won the award here.
http://idents.org/videos/todaytonightstandoff.html
------------------------------------------------------------
Today in the news it seems Ugly Frown our office clown. (Check out info on Ugly frown here. The well designed website informs you of where he grew up. (The East End of London. How his real name is Ben and his mother pinched him, and how he grew up threatened by his fathers drunken bald state. He went to university studying photography, eventually went bald at the elderly age of 18 just like his father, Phil. On his 19th birthday realizing he didn't have anything to do any more because he wasn't underage so he slept in a dustbin.
And thats where we picked him up, we stuck some crazy white hair wig on his head and painted his nose red. Then filmed the hobo's reaction in the morning.
From then on we payed him five cents a week to entertain workers with his boar impressions. )
So yeah, it's pretty well designed. Anyway, Ugly Frown had a heart attack. Now back to business.
PROJECT INSANITY
We heard somehow for some reason that they were working together with Marmite to BUST us. And i quote: "We the insanity team and evil marmite has now taken over The Daily Crumb!
We have placed advertisements all over his site due to low money.."
Well we fixed them pretty quick by getting rid of those advertisements!
Being poor and closing down instead of being threatened by them is a win in my mind.
So hah

We have done a lot of research and pinpointed the Insanity team officers here

Now... writers of Project insanity.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO HAVE ITCHY ARMS?
Well you will soon, we've planted a family of Tintut's through your windows.
So watch out.

- The Daily Crumb
Also, if you didn't realize. This weeks comedy award was sarcastic.

$$$ Money Crisis, Please donate. $$$

Today in the news
Our offices were once again threatened today, it seems some of the monkeys are not putting their share of cash into the Crumb.
Their share is the amount of their monthly pay and if they don't pay they will lose their jobs. So all in all i suggest they get new jobs. I disagree!
Sorry. Sammy wanted to write an article today.
Shame i locked him in the cupboard.
Anyway, because of this money crisis we've had to plunk up advertisements around the site. Things like Marmite and Mc Donalds. Once we've gained a bit more cash we'll get rid of these. So PLEASE
PLEASE
Donate
to this address as soon as possible.

Adam Phillips on ToonBoom

Today in the news everything on this page and website is copyright to Mr. Adam Phillips.
-----------------------------------------------
I hadn't seen this before but ToonBoom interviewed Adam Phillips. And there are some amazing pieces of artwork there. I am assuming at the moment that one of them may be possible future poster for brackenwood.net.
If you didn't know about brackenwood.net yet its Adam's new blog and merchandise store. At the moment there are only shirts but we'll see.

As you can see there is a flying loch ness monster in the distance, a nod to Tomothy and Pals i think. Gosh, imagine that thing on your wall!
--------------------------------------------------------------
Dont forget this program is the winners prize of the Brackenwood trailer competition.
So when the videos are released you have to work hard, start storyboarding now.
And watch this for inspiration.

and yes im going to put it in every post for the next year.
Special quotes for special people:
"My workflow is paperless so the first step for me is storyboarding. Storyboard Pro is brilliant and is now the first program I open when starting most new animation projects. For my personal animated works I generally combine the writing process with storyboarding, as I find it quite natural to write a story as a sequence of images.
From there, I create rough background and character layouts in each scene, before cleaning up the backgrounds and keying in the character/effects movement. After that, cleaning up and inbetweening characters and effects, followed by painting with colour.
My workflow is fairly organic and changes depending on how I feel it’s best to deal with the current task. Occasionally I’ll complete a scene of character animation before the background is complete, or vice-versa. While it’s very liberating to work this way, I am very schedule-oriented and focused on the end product. I developed a lot of good habits from working in a high pressure animation studio for 12 years, especially with time management."
"ToonBOOM

  • The network view is so comfortable, it’s scary. Something that looks so daunting to a beginner is deceptively easy to use. Can’t live without it now!
  • The Effect Modules AND the potential to customise/create new modules through scripting and the SDK (even though I know very little about programming).
  • Colour and Palettes systems - they’re intuitive and easy to use
  • 3D workspace and camera (of course!)
  • Zooming timeline, pegs and function editors"

Matthew Menhenick, the creator of such unique characters as

and RMN COPZ (The paper-mation)
has released a short 'Blob' flash and some artwork.
'Blob' In Aquatica

and the artwork:

Here is The Daily Crumb's review on his work:
The animation has a nice storyline, and ends epic like most of his pieces. Although some character movement needs to be tweaked he has the timing and storyline great. And the music in it is genuinely scary.
My fave artwork is the super blob definitely.

RMN Copz episode 3: Halloween Special

Or should i say Ghostmas...

Matthew Menhenicks RMN Copz episode 3:

Also in the news: (Taken from Yahoo news)
Liam Gallagher is wracked with fears that his home is haunted and claims to once have been visited by the ghost of John Lennon, it has been claimed. The Oasis frontman has often cited the former Beatle as an enormous influence on his music and career, and seems to be haunted by strange apparitions. In a UK newspaper, a 'source' explains that Liam is often unable to sleep because he thinks he might be about to be visited by a spirit from "another walk of life.""He lies awake listening with the lights on. He sometimes wakes up and feels as though he is being watched by someone from another walk of life."Meanwhile, Liam himself has spoken about Lennon's beyond the grave appearance, confessing: "I was in Manchester at a mate's house"I turned round and there I was, lying on the bed, and I sort of fell back into my body. There was a presence there and it was him, Lennon."

That was sent to me by Mike Swain
I think he made his own script up with that one.
Talking of which, this is what Tom Fulp said when David Firth walked on him in the toilet. "This one's a log."

Talk on "The Internet" Murry (Muzzoid) Lancashire speaks
"
Hell if i ran over someone in a car, i think i could manipulate the information enough on the net for people to feel sorry for my emotional problems

Of course we are a group of friends, but the thing is that due to technological limits, we cannot truly know someone over the net. Hence why we cant become more than a name with a whole bunch of information stuck on the net, yet people think they know others because of it.

But the truth is that you aren't seeing on the internet someones true form, instead you see what the person wants you to see, a crude reflection if you will.
This is why we should not try and use the internet as a solution for your problems in life.
Anyone can manipulate any situation to make others feel sorry for them on the internet as that is quite often the only source of information present on the event they are telling you about.

But the thing that i guess concerns me the most is the impact on someones personality if they find the only people to feel sorry for them are a bunch of names on a forum. People can become detached from reality, begin to separate themselves from the real world, especially if the only place they can find people who agree with them aren't in their actual life."

Waterlollies

Brackenwood Entertainment
presents
Waterlollies
review

Today at specifically something o'clock pm i watched Adam Phillips' Waterlollies. (Add to dictionary)
I was originally planning to film myself watching at whatever place i was when i was finally shown the page. That would have been totally embarrassing.
The page opened, the flash appeared. I was to double check i had the latest flash player, but i did. I watched a plant continuously grew and wondered how that was naturally possible.
And then i realized, this was, Waterlollies.

I know what you're thinking, how was it released when the audio wasn't sent back from Antarctica? We lost 3 monkeys and Vector on our journey. My bread is in a cube of ice, That was his last words anyway.
I performed the music and sent it to Adam with the stage name Nathan Mccree. Well not really, Nathan's music was epic along with the astonishing sound effects. In parts it felt like a Miyazaki film. Many wonderful instruments and all perfectly matching the animation.

Now, the story, without revealing too much is absolutely amazing. The idea of the Waterlollies (Without revealing) was totally unique a long with all the new and old characters.
Reasons the story was so amazing (Without revealing)
- The beginning, showing the usual character way. A great entrance to the animation (Also nice cinematic way of clicking the credits together)
- Then follows on to another dastardly deed, leading to the main plot. (You who have seen, or read the short paragraph that was once on Brackenwood.net will know)
- That part where leaning behind the tree (Without revealing) Felt like a reunion of the online series he has (Without revealing)
- ^^ Also a reunion of characters (Without revealing)
- The ending, a sort of classic comedy zoom and fade out of that situation. Loved it.

The animation, was and you can probably guess. Epic, i have not seen better animation online ever. If anyone were to say they'd seen better i would violently beat them because it'd be impossible.
This animation, was beyond what the makers of flash could have imagined would be made on their program. (breathe)
The camera angles varied like a feature film would these days. It really does show what animation is meant to be, breaking the boundaries of real life.
This movie does exactly that!
Did i mention the sound effects were amazing too? This animation never gets slow or uninteresting.
It includes all the best bits of the earlier animations, the speed and soaring of Yu Yu. The wonderful detail and character of Little Foot, the amazing effects and storyline of Prowlies and the .. no bingbong :O and the waterfall from Auld Sage with Coldplay.

Believe me, the story, the animation and audio bring this together to be the winner of so many competitions and worthy of the big screen.

I have only watched it about 5 times, and that was as an audience member. Now to look at it as a flash animator *head explodes*

The BBC has confirmed that Fifth Doctor Peter Davison, who played the part in the classic series from 1981 until 1984, will reprise his role alongside current Doctor David Tennant in the forthcoming Children in Need scene.
